Strategic Planning and Fund Raising Orientation for JCAP

A Strategic Planning Workshop and Fund Raising Orientation for the 12 Provinces/Missions of the Jesuit Conference of Asia Pacific (JCAP) was conducted last March 11 to 14 in Quezon City, Philippines. Prior to the 4-day workshop, a rapid online organizational and training needs assessment was conducted with the corresponding Development Officers of the 12 Provinces.

We just finished an online Fund Raising Planning Workshop with the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Philippines! Hosted in a fully online setting, the workshop held last September 21-29 accommodated participants from ADRA’s projects across the country.

Conducted last October 26-30, 2020, this workshop tackled the basic processes, policies, and systems that must be in place before resource mobilization commences. This workshop was also held via Facebook Live to allow SAO PH staff stationed in far-flung areas with weak internet connections to participate in the learning sessions.

Fund Raising Capacity Building and Planning Workshop for CFSPI

A 3-day workshop last November 7-9, 2019 in Baguio City was customized to address Child and Family Service Philippines' context and needs, based on the results of the conducted organizational and training needs assessment survey. The main output of the engagement was the Fund Raising Plan developed by the participants through Venture’s facilitation and guidance. This plan outlines the necessary preparatory steps that will guide CFSPI in implementing its chosen fund raising strategies.
